When planning our wedding we realized that we were getting married within a pretty short time frame (4 and a half months), and the more we looked at the details the more we felt a little overwhelmed. So we decided to enlist the help of a wedding planner.

This was by far the best choice we made, aside from getting married. Having Tori as our wedding planner & day of coordinator is essentially the only way we had a wedding. Tori is not only extremely organized, but pays attention to even the slightest details. She wants the bride and groom to have a detailed plan, and an altogether idea of the months leading up to wedding in order to put each of them at ease.

For our wedding she had a master list, and Google sheets document that highlighted a timeline as well as an entire spreadsheet of invites and details concerning them. She has an innate sense of when each item or check on the check list needs to be taken care of and when to position it so that it puts all things together in the proper order. She handles everything, big and small, from the vendors to the decorations, in a professional manner to give the couple space to take care of other matters throughout the weeks.

Tori scheduled multiple planning meetings with us leading up to the wedding to ensure that we were comfortable with all the details, and to answer any questions we may have. Tori’s personality is very warm and loving, but one of my favorite things about her is that she is straight to the point. If you’re an indecisive person or need help seeing how any of the details may work, she will be honest as well as help you figure out exactly what you want. She brings a sense of comfortability to each person she meets, and brought the true feeling of feeling right at home at our wedding.
